Re/Development Pipeline

Kimco actively seeks dynamic opportunities in primary markets that will expand our multifamily footprint to ~10,000 units by 2025 with the option to self-develop, ground lease, or monetize.

When revitalizing properties, environmental impact is top of mind. When possible, these projects incorporate the latest energy-efficient and environmentally friendly design standards and building materials.

Redevelopment

Large-scale projects that require demolition and/or addition of GLA
Combining or subdividing space over 20,000 SF or bringing new uses to the site that will improve the asset’s credit profile, resulting in cap rate compression

Pad/Outlots

Demolition and/or creation of outparcels with optimal visibility in front of our existing shopping centers
Addition of drive-thrus to existing outparcels or end-cap spaces
