Public Notice
It is against the law for public accommodations, such as shopping centers, to discriminate against an individual by denying him or her access to goods and services on the basis of the individual's disability.
If a person believes he or she has been discriminated against in a shopping center located in New York State on the basis of his or her disability, he or she can file a complaint with the Office of the New York State Attorney General.
