New York as Transfer Agent and Registrar. Kimco Shareholders can access the following information online:
Request a Personal Identification Number
- Click
on the “First Timer User” button on the Account Access page
- Follow
the instructions to request a PIN
- A
temporary PIN will be mailed to your registered address. When you receive
this PIN, log into “Account Access” to establish a permanent PIN and
access the various features of the site.

- View
account balances and transaction history
- Sell
shares and request certificates from your dividend reinvestment plan (DRP)
and direct stock purchase plan (DSPP)
