Administrative Assistant

Richboro, PA - ******Unless specifically contracted, resumes from recruiting agencies are not being accepted for this position.****** We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with prior experience working in a corporate environment to support our Vice President and General Manager in our Richboro, PA location. Candidate must have strong PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Duties include preparing reports and presentations, coordinating meetings/travel and file management. Candidate will also develop and prepare leasing, property management and occupancy reports, as well as complete special projects. Individual must be very professional on the phone, have excellent oral and written communication skills and possess superior attention to detail and follow-up. Professionalism, teamwork, flexibility and multi-tasking are key success factors in this position. Requires 5+ years of related work experience in a fast paced corporate environment.
