Executive Assistant

Daly City, CA - ******Unless specifically contracted, resumes from recruiting agencies are not being accepted for this position.****** We are seeking a Leasing Assistant to work with our President of the Northwest Region. Candidate must have experience in commercial real estate. Individual will be responsible for handling rent deferrals, assisting in submitting and re-working rent reductions, assignments and other changes that may be needed to existing leases, preparing leasing proposals, researching prospective tenant creditworthiness, and compiling marketing packages for prospective tenants and brokers as well as gathering market information. Will also assist with internal reporting and reviewing lease language. Candidate will prepare invoices and expense reporting for payment, make travel arrangements, and handle extensive meeting planning. Must have excellent phone, internet, and computer skills. The qualified candidate must be well organized with excellent follow-up skills and be able to work independently. Familiarity with commercial retail lease agreements a plus.
